As an administrative virtual assistant my role is to provide administrative support to clients remotely. This can include a wide range of tasks, depending on the client's needs, but some common responsibilities of an administrative virtual assistant may include:

Managing email and calendar: As an administrative virtual assistant, I am responsible for managing client's email inbox, responding to messages, and scheduling appointments or meetings.

Data entry and record keeping: As an administrative virtual assistants I am responsible for entering data into spreadsheets, databases or other software, and keeping track of important information such as contact details or project deadlines.

Travel planning and logistics: As an administrative virtual assistants I am also responsible for making travel arrangements for their clients, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

Customer service and communication: As an administrative virtual assistant I communicate with customers or clients on behalf of their clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues either through mails, social media platforms or live chat.

I also do research, draft memos, write report and plan presentations.
