We don’t have any involvement in the actual assignments, how long they need to last or how big the job needs to be. It's all up to you and the VA to find agreements.

Our mission is to simply provide you a simple and honest overview without commissions, rules or obligations. Life doesn’t need to be that complicated, right?

Use the search bar to filter by skills, the amount of hours per week you need to be assisted, and then browse through the profiles to find the right fit for your needs. You can then contact the virtual assistant to discuss your project.

The location filter on virtual assistant profiles allows you to search for virtual assistants based on the continent they are located in. This is useful for clients who want to take time zones into consideration when hiring virtual assistants. Virtual assistants can select their location on their profile, and update it if their location changes.

We believe doing what you love doesn’t need to be complicated or supervised. You decide yourself how long you want your profile to be available on FindaVA, 6 months or 1 year.
At any time you can pauze the subscription so it will not renew automatically. So you are being able to determine when you want to be visible again.

You simply create a profile and indicate how many hours you are available and which assignments you are willing to take on.
Anybody interested in your services can contact you to request your professional support, you decide which ones suit you best.

Make sure your potential clients have a clear idea of what they can expect.

Make sure to create your professional profile as complete as possible, for example: add your portfolio, references, years of experience and mention the number of satisfied customers. Your future clients want to have as much material as possible to determine your experience and rate your work. A professional profile with examples of pictures and video’s is usually more popular compared to an empty cold profile.

Our advice, take your time and keep your “resume” up to date. Another thing to keep in mind: be responsive. If someone is looking for a VA, they are also looking for a smooth cooperation via fast and accurate communication.

Yes, you can update your location on your profile at any time. For example, if a virtual assistant is a digital nomad who travels frequently, they can update their location to reflect their current location. This will ensure that clients are aware of the time zone the virtual assistant is in and can plan accordingly.
