Welcome to our How it works page, here you will find all the information you need to understand how FindaVA operates as a marketplace for virtual assistants and clients.

First, virtual assistants can create a profile on FindaVA and showcase their skills and experiences. They will have two subscription options, 6 months for €119, or 1 year for €200. Clients can then search for and hire virtual assistants based on their specific needs, without the need for a third-party intermediary.

Once a match is made, clients and virtual assistants can make agreements and contracts directly. FindaVA does not act as a third-party intermediary, so there are no additional fees or commissions associated with using our platform.

Our mission

The internet is a truly remarkable invention that makes information instantly available and communication borderless. This unlocked a new dimension in our perception of generating income. We are opening up to a world where we can work location independent and get rewarded based on added value and achieved results instead of the amount of time contributed (like in a 9 to 5 job).

People that are highly skilled are building a personal brand in their network instead of gaining appreciation from one specific boss. Remote workers will be less dependent on one source of income and could tap into a pool of clients regardless of their location.

In the near future, fewer employers will “own” an employee's time. Instead skilled professionals will decide which type of work is more in line with their values, skills and personality. In order to help people make that shift, FindaVA is born. The world needs more platforms to help people make that transition to a result-based working environment, so they can gain back freedom and responsibility over their time.
